Shipping

We ship throughout Australia via Auspost. Postage is $6 for the first item, and $3 for each additional item. We endeavor to post your items as soon as we can, but back-ordered items might take a week or two.

Returns

If you’re lights don’t work for some reason, post them back and we’ll refund your money. If you’re not happy with them, or they don’t fit your bike, we can also give you a refund, minus shipping, provided the lights are still in a sell-able (as-new) condition.

Other Models?

We’re happy to take requests for other Reelight models — we’ve just selected the ones we thing are best suited to Australian roads.
